Property Description

The Ambient Colina Hotel may not be very large but it is certainly cosy and comfortable. Its decor and furnishings, its atmosphere and location are tailored to meet the needs of those who cherish and appreciate special touches.

Two experienced hotel managers, Mr. and Mrs. Barthel, are the proprietors who personally attend to the guests to ensure that they are completely satisfied. Many of the guests are regular or long-term guests.

Its location is ideal. Hotel Colina is situated along the edge of Perlacher Forest and can be conveniently reached by public transportation. Both the city centre and the new Trade Fair Centre are only 15 minutes away by car, bus or underground.

Of course, all the comforts of a modern hotel are offered. All of the 73 rooms are equipped with shower, telephone, colour TV, radio and a mini-bar.

Booking well in advance is advisable if you want to find a good quality hotel room during the busy season, such as during the Munich Beer Festival or the many trade fairs that are held at the new exhibition centre.

Our restaurant is open throughout the day for light snacks. A full breakfast buffet is served from 7am until 10am, while our bar stays open until twelve midnight and has a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Perhaps that is why many of our guests prefer to meet there instead of going into town.

With a fitness room, sauna and even with a forest beckoning outside the front door, Hotel Colina is a paradise for joggers and all those who want to stay fit or unwind after a hard day.
